LIFE COACHING is a holistic approach and method for creating effective and lasting change in all areas of personal and professional life. Coaches work individually with clients, often on the telephone and help clients formulate clear achievable goals and what steps are necessary to achieve them. Coaching identifies internal and external resources that will help keep the client on track using a clear and structured format that does not involve being told what to do or shown how to do it, instead it shows you that you actually have the answers to the questions even though you may have thought you did not.

A coaching relationship empowers and moves the client forward. All sessions focus on removing unwanted behaviours, habits, limiting beliefs and set in motion realistic time frames for achieving desired goals. Session aim to disover creativity to pursue life long aspirations and create choices that will motivate responsibility and challenges current realities. Coaching stems from learning to operate and live up to your values and create empowering, self supporting beliefs that put you back in control of your life. Coaching is in now way to be construed as therapy, counselling or psychology. Coaching does not work with the past or deep emotional traumas. Coaching focuses on the future and takes you from where you are now to where you want to be. It is a joint confidential engagement between coach and client working together to achieve client’s goals and starts from the belief that you can know what you want, and that it is possible, given the right resources and way of going about it for you to achieve your goals. It is the job of your coach to help you find the resources you need and to give you the best chance of achieving them.

How will the session work?

Sessions are held weekly and focus on a short term goals relating to final outcome. We identify and target areas of your life that may be limiting your resources or choices, what is happening here and now that may be contributing to the problem and formulate a structured plan around your desired goal. Sessions raise awareness and insight into areas of your life that require attention and explore options no matter how wild and crazy that may offer you choice on how to move forward. Sessions end with commitment and action. Coaching is about learning from your mistakes and understanding failure in an environment that offers constructive feedback that will move your forward.

This is a time where you can relax and dream of the life you want to live. A tailor made program that is all about you and full of action, action. Sessions are challenging, rewarding and put you in first gear all the way.
